last time sailed 18 months ago. and the bottom is a forest of growth.
Some sailor is going to get lucky!
Juca has been sitting on a dock for 18 months unused. Whilst the rigging has been replaced, the sails have been replaced, the battery bank and related systems upgraded to Lithium ion, two new wind generators on board, three air conditioners that have yet to be commissioned and updated electronics, the German owners who are in their 70's having lived in PR for more than 20 years are going back to Germany to finally retire.
The vessel sustained some damage in Maria, and has since then had masses of money invested in her.....sadly the owners are just too old to sail so SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET LUCKY!
The boat would need to be recommissioned before she could be sailed so no sea trial can be done. The vessel is being sold as is where is on the dock... and the price has just been dropped $80K!
This Morgan 60 once the bowsprit and davits are taken into account has an LOA of more than 70 ft.
Seasoned Yachtswomen or Men that have the time, money and skills to put this all together will be rewarded with a magnificent end of days vessel

Other Information about The Little Ship Company
Having started in the aircraft industry as an apprentice engineer in the mid seventies, the progression to sailboats was natural. Arriving in the Caribbean in 1981 for the first time, I was hooked on the beauty and the lifestyle. It took me more than 10 years back home to afford and rebuild my first yacht, which, after having sailed across from Africa in the early nineties, has been our permanent home. After chartering and being involved in almost all the aspects of the marine industry for over fourty years, we now have a family and don't do charters anymore.... we still have the boat though!
