The Sabre 38 is a diesel auxiliary masthead sloop designed by the Sabre Design Group and
built in fiberglass by Sabre Yachts between 1981 and 1987. 100 yachts were built.
The Sabre 38 is a moderate weight sailboat which performs well under sail and can be successfully club raced. She is very stable/stiff and has an excellent righting moment, all qualities that one desires in a comfortable coastal cruiser. The reliable Westerbeke diesel with a 45 gal fuel tank and water tankage of 100 gallons gives this yacht an excellent range for that 3 week dream summer cruise.
This Sabre 38 Mk1 is in very good to excellent condition with recent sails, new touch screen chart plotter and well maintained engine, is ready to sail.
