This Sea Ray 440 is unique, has been a Michigan Lake Motor Yacht all its life, it's one of a kind, and stored in a climate heated control facility and cannot be moved at this time but can be visited and inspected. She has been well maintained with original engines that have around 1,100 hours on twin 3208 Caterpillar, which will take you anywhere. One person can handle this motor yacht with its Bow and Stern Thrusters, installed in 2020, as well as up-to-date electronics. The bridge is fully enclosed with new isinglass and a Bimini top
As you enter aft through the Plexiglass wing doors into the enclosed deck with a hard top, you will note the new Isinglass Enclosure. The central main salon is functional for lounging and relaxing with friends. The large aft bedroom with a queen-size walk-around bed is your home away from home while traveling in comfort on those short or long trips.
Moving forward from the salon, you will step down to a full galley with dinette which seats 4 comfortably. The galley is perfect for everyday living and entertaining. As you continue forward, you will find a large queen-size V berth with its own ensuite.
The new TNT Hydraulic Swim platform with dinghy mounting chock will make your life easy on the hook.
